Work Location/Shift Timings-Gurgaon, work from office (9:30am to 6:30pm)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various mediums, including digital and print. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging visual content that meets project objectives.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
• Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
