Role Description

At Respond.io, a Graphic Designer is central to our company’s success. We are looking for multiple people who fit to be either a Brand Designer, or a Visual Designer in our company. A creative and detail-oriented individual to join our Growth Department, tasked with crafting engaging visual content for our mobile and web platforms. This role will focus on enhancing our brand presence and improving user engagement through captivating graphics and user interface designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging visual content and animations for a variety of platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand identity while enhancing user engagement.
• Utilize cutting-edge design trends and tools, including Lottie animations, to create impactful content.
• Collaborate closely with growth and content teams to elevate the visual appeal of textual content and to effectively communicate our message to align it with our brand goals
• Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity to maintain consistency and cohesiveness across all visual content.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a tech or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative thinking.
• Knowledge of best practices in web design and experience with responsive web design.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with an ability to clearly explain complex visual ideas verbally and in writing.
• A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
