Job Description

• Work closely with operational departments, briefing and advising them with regards to design style, format, print production and timescales.
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites supporting the external graphic designer.
  Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
• Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Review final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains hotel’s audience and supports marketing goals
• Assist the Marketing Director in keeping record of all the updated artwork for future reference.
• Keep digital photos both in low resolution and high resolution with proper file names in order to sort out and use them again in the future.

• Liaise with Purchasing Team on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
• Manage and achieve agreed performance KPIs for assigned role.
  Carry out any other tasks as may be periodically assigned by Marketing Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect, CorelDRAW, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
