Graphic Designer

Our Marketing team is growing and we’re looking to bring on a highly talented Graphic Designer to help us bring our brand to life!  If you're excited about creating eye-catching designs and working in a collaborative environment we want to hear from you!

In particular you will:

• Lead the design and execution of key brand assets including our website sales collateral event materials and other graphics ensuring alignment with our brand identity

• Implement a design system to streamline the creation of brand assets including “self-serve” templates for internal teams.

• Ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels including website email and social media.

• Create a process to support various stakeholders including establishing a Creative Brief and intake process.

• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals for digital campaigns product interfaces and other materials.

• Design visually compelling presentations infographics and marketing materials that communicate complex ideas simply.

• Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of showcasing your creativity and design skills across various media (web mobile social print etc.).

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) or similar. Experience with Figma or Sketch is a bonus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. You can balance creativity with efficiency to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take feedback iterate and improve designs based on stakeholder input.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English both written and verbal

• Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings team offsite workshops customer meetings and industry-related events
