Graphic Designer

Job Duties and Responsibilities(Essential Job Functions) • Design and develop high-quality visual assets, including motion and static graphics for digital campaigns and print media. • Create visually engaging static and animated graphics for marketing collateral, print materials, and presentations. • Create property marketing materials that enhance visibility and support recruitment and retention. • Conceptualize and execute content such as animated property tours, agent spotlights, market updates, and brand storytelling. • Support company campaigns by designing creative assets for companywide initiatives, events, sponsorships and social media campaigns to strengthen brand presence. • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets. • Edit and enhance video footage, adding motion effects, typography, and transitions to improve storytelling. • Stay up to date with industry trends, animation techniques, and best practices to enhance the company’s marketing strategy. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Experience: • 1 to 2+ years of experience in graphic design and animation, preferably in real estate, marketing, or a related industry. Knowledge and Skills: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software is a plus). • Strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and static design work. • Understanding of social media trends and how animated content can drive engagement. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Outstanding customer service skills. Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.): • Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling. • Familiarity with HTML5 animations for web-based marketing. • Experience in real estate marketing or working with real estate professionals.
