Graphic Designer

Job Summary This designer will produce a high volume of high-quality assets for digital and print channels while adhering to strict brand guidelines and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Key Responsibilities • Design production:Create a wide range of marketing and creative assets, including social media graphics, web banners, motion graphics, digital ads, email templates, and print collateral, on a daily or weekly basis. • Project management:Juggle and prioritize multiple design requests from different teams, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule. • Rapid iteration:Quickly conceptualize, draft, and revise visual ideas based on fast feedback cycles. • Brand consistency:Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring every asset aligns with the company's visual identity. • Collaboration:Work effectively with marketing, content, and sales teams to deliver creative solutions that meet strategic objectives. • Quality assurance:Review and finalize all designs for accuracy and high-quality production before publishing or printing. Qualifications and skills • Experience:A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce high-quality work quickly. College degree in graphic design is a plus. • Technical proficiency:Expert-level skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
