Graphic Designer

ITC Cutting Edge is an all encompassing design and print agency. We do everything from business cards, promotional items, digital design, animated ribbons, packaging design and everything in between. The Graphic Designer is responsible for client artwork, creating new designs and brand creative. Along with full creative projects, this position will design according to brand guides, templates, and die lines. Ability to manage time, accuracy and detail is important to work through the various projects assigned. Monday-Friday-8am-5pm $18.00-$20.00/hour + Quarterly profit sharing. Responsibilities: • Designs the creative according to the art ticket written by the sales rep. • Prepares files for in house production and out of house production • Preflights/ proofreads artwork • Assists with additional creative tasks were applicable. • Manages 6-8 design jobs a day. Requirements: • Bachelors Degree or equivalent. • 1-3 years of previous design-related work experience required. • Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign • Experience in 3D modeling, and After Effects a plus. • Packaging design a BIG plus. • Must have an eagerness to learn new design programs. • Must possess strong communication and teamwork skills. • Must be able to work under tight deadlines and handle changes to priorities on a short notice. • Must have strong problem-solving skills. • Must have the ability to exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices. • Knowledge of print production a plus.
