Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our promotional products company. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing customer artwork for print and embroidery, creating client mockups, and designing graphics for promotional campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with client branding and enhance product appeal across digital and physical platforms. Responsibilities • Review and optimize customer-provided artwork for print and embroidery production, ensuring compatibility with manufacturing processes. • Create accurate and visually appealing product mockups for client approval and presentations. • Design graphics for promotional ads, including email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns. • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet client specifications. • Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure artwork meets technical requirements for promotional products like apparel and accessories. • Perform photo editing and retouching to enhance product visuals and marketing materials. • Manage multiple design projects, prioritizing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Apply color theory, typography, and layout principles to create cohesive and impactful graphics. • Stay current with trends in promotional products and digital marketing design. Qualifications • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva or CorelDRAW. • Strong knowledge of print and embroidery production processes, including file preparation and color management. • Experience designing for promotional products, email marketing, social media, and digital ads. • Ability to create high-quality product mockups and client presentations. • Familiarity with web design a plus • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams. • Detail-oriented with expertise in typography, layout, and design consistency. • A portfolio showcasing artwork preparation, mockups, and promotional graphics is a plus.
