Graphic Designer

Description: Position Objectives: Soapy Joe’s is seeking an experienced in-house Graphic Designer to support our growing brand. This role is responsible for the design and execution of a wide variety of marketing materials across print, digital, and video platforms. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas to life, manage internal projects from concept through production, and support agency-led initiatives when needed. You will collaborate across departments—Marketing, Operations, HR, and Learning & Development—to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned materials that enhance both customer and employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Design and produce materials for print, digital, on-site merchandising, social media, email, web, POS, and event collateral • Collaborate on seasonal promotions and brand marketing campaigns • Create dynamic content including GIFs, carousel ads, photography, and video • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels • Organize and manage brand assets, templates, and production files • Support internal initiatives such as employee communications, HR campaigns, and L&D materials • Stay current with trends in design, UX/UI, and AI-based creative toolsRequirements: Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within in-house marketing or creative agencies Technical Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) • Experience with Figma, Final Cut Pro, and WordPress templates • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Microsoft Office • Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design projects across formats Additional Requirements: • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization Physical Requirements • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods • Ability to use standard office equipment and software • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to move and access marketing materials and tools as needed • Clear verbal and written communication What We Offer: • Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, locally loved brand • Opportunity for career growth • Competitive salary and benefits • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) • Paid time off and holidays • Free unlimited car washes
