Graphic Designer

Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles and have a passion for creating compelling graphics that enhance our brand identity. This role requires proficiency in various design software and tools, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality design solutions across multiple platforms. Duties • Develop and execute innovative graphic designs for digital and print media, including branding materials, marketing collateral, and web assets. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. • Design logos, illustrations, and motion graphics that effectively communicate the desired message. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) for digital art creation and photo manipulation. • Implement UI design principles to enhance user experience on web platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Manage color theory and typography to ensure visually appealing layouts in all designs. • Create presentations that effectively convey ideas and concepts to stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital marketing to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative direction for projects. Qualifications • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision is essential. • Strong understanding of graphic design principles including layout design, color management, typography, and production design. • Experience with motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects or similar software is a plus. • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is preferred. • Knowledge of print advertising techniques and sign manufacturing processes is advantageous. • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients or team members. • A portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work including branding projects, digital designs, illustrations, and any relevant photography or video editing samples. • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
