GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $25 - 30 per hour We are seeking aJunior Graphic Designerto support our client on both digital and print projects across multiple brand touchpoints. The Designer will collaborate closely with the Creative Services Team and internal/external partners to create compelling digital and print content. This role involves the full creative process-from concept and design to final production-and managing projects from creative brief to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate conceptual strategy into persuasive executions, generating ideas and concepts in a variety of creative and consultative ways while maintaining visual consistency, usability, and brand continuity. The designer will work with subject matter experts from various departments within our client's organization to turn technical information into visually engaging graphics and presentations. Portfolios should demonstrate some motion design and/or video work. Responsibilities: • Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project. • Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs. • Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message. • Design layouts and select colors, images, and typefaces to use. • Present design concepts to clients or art directors. • Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs. Qualifications: • Ability to see the "bigger picture" in a creative campaign. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Excellent project management abilities and meticulous attention to detail. • Positive, flexible attitude and team-oriented mindset. • Openness to feedback and direction. • Solid understanding of design industry standards, trends, processes, methods, and tools.
