Join Nextant as a Graphic Designer! Nextant is looking for a driven Graphic Designer to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll bring creative concepts to life by developing compelling designs, layouts, and visual assets. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and the ability to deliver high-quality work across digital, web, and print platforms. What You’ll Do • Plan, analyze, and develop visual solutions to communication challenges. • Design and produce layouts for publications, web interfaces, and digital content. • Create charts, graphs, and supporting visuals from provided data. • Prepare sketches and layouts for client presentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align design concepts with business and brand objectives. What We’re Looking For • Education: Associate’s degree in design or certificate in graphic design required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2-10 years of professional graphic design experience. • 4+ years using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. • Demonstrated experience designing for web (Adobe Experience Manager), social media (paid & organic), digital campaigns, and general marketing materials (pamphlets, presentations, etc.). • Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work across multiple media formats, including print, electronic, and film. • Bonus skills: Animation experience, 2D/3D visualization, Adobe publishing tools. • Prior experience creating professional layouts and digital assets. Compensation • Washington State salary range: $70,000 – $100,000 annually. • Actual offers will vary based on experience, education, key skills, and other business considerations. Location Candidates must be based inWashington, Texas, or Florida.
