SUMMARY:
The Graphic Designer & Video Media Specialist will bring creative vision and technical expertise to produce compelling visual and multimedia content that supports the company’s global marketing and sales initiatives. This hybrid role combines graphic design with video production responsibilities, including concept development, design execution, and delivery of print, digital, and video materials for internal and external audiences.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film, Media Arts, Communication Arts, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of combined experience in graphic design and video production, including project coordination, design, editing, and production.
• Experience in animation and product photography a plus.
TECHNICAL and/or MANAGERIAL JOB COMPETENCIES:
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Proficiency in audio/sound editing techniques.
• Strong grasp of design principles: digital art, layout, typography, color theory, and printing processes.
• Knowledge of responsive HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Mac and PC proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be innovative, detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
ESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conceptualize, design, and produce impactful visual content for print and digital channels, including advertising, marketing collateral, trade show graphics, email campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content to support product marketing, promotions, and company branding.
• Manage video pre-production, production, and post-production activities, including scripting, lighting, directing, and editing.
• Input and edit music, dialogues, animations, graphics, and effects to produce professional-quality multimedia pieces.
• Maintain and update the internal media library for all video and graphic assets.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, and Engineering teams to translate needs into effective visual communication.
• Coordinate projects from concept through completion to ensure timely, on-brand, and on-budget delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with design and video production trends and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and creativity.
