From digital campaigns and product launches to print materials and social content, you’ll craft polished, on-brand visuals that drive engagement and bring bold ideas to life. If you love clean layouts, smart marketing design, and collaborating with a fast-moving, passionate team—we’d love to have you on board. Responsibilities • Design digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and product launches • Choose colors, typography, and layouts that align with brand identity and marketing goals • Ensure timely delivery of polished, on-brand visuals • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling, conversion-friendly designs • Implement feedback and optimize designs for performance and engagement • Use design tools to bring marketing ideas to life with clear, impactful visuals Job Qualifications and Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related creative field • 1–2 years of experience in design, preferably within a marketing or e-commerce environment • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar tools • Understanding of brand, messaging, and visual storytelling • Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail • Experience designing for both digital platforms and print collateral We’re building something special at Alter Ego and only bring on the best—driven, adaptable, and ready to make an impact.
