Day-to-Day as a Graphic Designer As a Full-Time Graphic Designer at The Shipping Store, your days will be filled with creativity and collaboration. You'll dive into a variety of projects-from photo editing to designing engaging eCommerce marketing content. Reporting to the Creative Design Manager, you'll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and the marketing team to approach each project with a strategy-first mindset and ensure our brand shines across every visual touchpoint. Expect regular feedback sessions to help refine your work and support your growth. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, with an energetic atmosphere that keeps your creativity flowing. It's a fast-paced environment where your designs will make a real impact and help impress our customers. What You Need to Be Successful To thrive in this role, you'll need a passion for visually compelling, conversion-driven design. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential, as you'll be developing digital assets including product images, Amazon marketplace content, packaging, and eye-catching social media visuals that elevate the customer experience and drive results. A strong understanding of photo editing and manipulation will help you strike the right balance between aesthetic appeal and functionality. Experience in web design or UI/UX is a plus, but not required. You should feel comfortable brainstorming, iterating quickly, and maintaining high attention to detail.
