Graphic Designer - Entry Level

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Graphic Designer with great communication skills near Austin, TX or the surrounding areas to grow with our team and help make an impact with Vantage LED! Candidate will be working primarily under the Senior Graphic Designer to support our marketing department in static and animated content including... (digital content review, digital content creation, visual renderings, and more.) We’re a California based company with team members across the country. You will be working remotely, but with some in-person meetings, collaboration, and day to day direction with our team in Round Rock, TX. Responsibilities: • Digital Content Review and Quality Control:Assist with quality control for our content creation service for incoming requests, outgoing content, and revisions to ensure the design parameters are communicated clearly, content meets standards, and revisions are managed appropriately. • Digital Content Creation / Modification:Assist with creating digital content when needed, for specific projects, clients, or to support the design team’s core efforts. • Renderings and Sales Support:Facilitate and create renderings requested by the sales team for potential projects, proposals, or general marketing needs. • General Marketing Support:Assist with graphic design needs for various marketing projects as directed by the Senior Graphic Designer. This may include work on brochures, flyers, web ads, videos, or other projects. Skills & Abilities: • A good attitude and open mind is key to this position. Digital content for LED displays have very specific needs that can be challenging to meet without an open mind and willingness to learn. • Good communication skills (written and verbal) will be important to provide quality service, and quality content. • A focus on Graphic Design with good visual instincts is essential to producing quality content in this industry. • Familiarity with key Adobe products is required (AE, AI, PS, and ID) • Associates or BA in a visual field is highly desirable. Equivalent experience will be considered. • A portfolio of your work is required.
