Graphic Designer for Brand & Communication

The Brand & Communication team is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's visual identity across various media, conferences, etc., with a focus on internal and external communication initiatives.
Your team is graphic designers, strategist, copywriter, account manager, design lead, and head of brand&communications.

In this role, you will:

• Create layouts of static and animated elements of web resources, identity, typography, illustrations, graphic compositions, and processes photo materials
• Create layouts for printed products by agreeing on an idea, preparing a draft, and approving the final version with a customer
• Create presentation layouts and implement their visual design for internal clients to provide a graphical communication tool (both the creation of templates and the design of the received text into attractive infographics)
• Participate in the initiatives of the company's design community by establishing communication, joint selection of tools, sharing experience, knowledge, and feedback, initiating and coordinating additional projects in the area

Skills you'll need to bring:

• Experience in graphic design 3+ years
• Portfolio of your past works
• Diverse experience with Figma, Sketch, Procreate, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.
• Understanding of printing process
• Being up to social media trends, skilled in creating eye-catching images that will stand out in the feed
• Being ready to lead a project from the first ink drop to the last pixel
• Ability to switch between projects and work according to priorities and tight deadlines
• Client-oriented approach
• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English & fluent Ukrainian

As a plus:

• Hand-on experience in Identity development
• Ability to create motion graphics
• Experience at a branding agency
• Knowledge tools for 3D (like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Spline)
