POSITION PURPOSE: Innovate and Inspire as Our Graphic Designer As a core member of the Small Giants team, our Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in bringing our clients' stories to life through powerful visuals. You'll be instrumental in shaping the aesthetic and impact of our client’s marketing materials, from proposals and presentations to digital content, websites and branding. Your creative expertise will directly contribute to our clients' success and the overall visual identity of Small Giants. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Your Creative Strengths, Our Shared Success We're looking for a talented and experienced individual who demonstrates: • Proven Design Expertise:A minimum of5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects. • Adobe Creative Suite Mastery:Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshopis a must. • UI/UX Acumen:Strong working knowledge ofFigma. • Web Design Foundation:Familiarity withCSS coding is a plus, but not required. • Visual Communication:Exceptional ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing visual solutions. • Collaborative Spirit:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with clients, marketing strategists, and internal team members to achieve design objectives. • Results-Oriented Drive:Ability to perform effectively under pressure, expertly managing competing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards. • Independent Initiative:Capability to work independently and prioritize multiple design projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Organizational Acumen:Strong organizational skills to manage creative assets, files, and project timelines with efficiency. • REQUIRED: Must include a link to your online portfolio in your application.
