About the Role: The Graphic Designer is detail-oriented and technically skilled in supporting the marketing team in producing high quality visual materials. The role is primarily focused on designing and repurposing campaign creatives into various formats and styles. The graphic designer will be responsible for preparing final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining accuracy across all deliverables. Candidates should possess proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), experience with working with a variety of file types, strong communication and project management skills, and a comprehensive portfolio of design samples. Key Responsibilities: • Work with InDesign to enhance existing mail templates, adding your creative touch to upgrade designs and basic layout. • Adhere to established brand guidelines and leverage existing mail design templates while also demonstrating the ability to improve designs. • Articulate your ideas and creative solutions with finesse, demonstrating developed oral presentation skills. • Harness your creative talents to fulfill project requirements while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. Qualifications • Software expert in InDesign / Optional Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. • Print knowledge familiarity with digital printing. • Understanding of US mail requirements for multi size mailings is a plus. • Attention to detail with exceptional precision in file handling, and layout accuracy. • Time management ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-department coordination. • Must be able to work onsite in the Las Vegas office. Experience • Adobe InDesign: 1 year (Required). • Direct Mail Marketing: 1 year (Prefered). • Marketing: 1 year (Required).
