Graphic Designer Lead

We’re looking for aGraphic Designer Leadto take our creative department to the next level, someone who not only brings exceptional design skills but can also lead and mentor our in-house design team. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage our in-house graphic designer, providing direction, feedback, and guidance. • Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality designs for print, digital, social media, and large-scale signage. • Ensure all creative assets are on-brand and delivered within deadlines. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life. • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels and projects. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency. Requirements: • Minimum5 years of professional graphic design experience(agency or in-house preferred). • Proven experience managing or mentoring other designers. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Knowledge of print production and digital asset requirements. • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Full-time, in-office availability.
