GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job purpose Responsible for all creative operations for a West USA Realty. This includes but not limited to; flyers, email blasts, social media ads, online graphics, newsletters, print ad’s, etc. This position may be allowed to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote. Duties and responsibilities • Design and create business cards and sign templates for agents use • Design and create image-based flyers and copy for weekly recruiting email blasts • Design and create social media ad's and posts for recruitment and announcements • Design and create and all West USA events, classes, mixers, or otherwise marketing material • Participate in weekly marketing meetings • Create project-specific pieces for West USA Corporate • Work with West USA agents on marketing projects depending on the scope and time of project • Additional duties, as assigned Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • BA/BS or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (current version), especially INDD, AI, PS, Acrobat on Mac platform • Highly organized, planning skills • A keen eye for detail • The ability to generate designs with minimal direction • Excellent application of typography, color, form, and space in layout design • Ability to proof work for spelling, punctuation, basic grammar • Knowledge of social media apps, and graphic formats • Real estate experience a plus but not required Working conditions This job may require long hours at a computer screen and on the phone. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Hours can change based on project requirements. This position may be allowed to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote.
