Core Responsibilities:
β’ Create and develop high-quality, creative graphics for print, web, emails and more that are visually appealing and on-brand.
β’ Collaborate effectively with the media team on content and marketing direction.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
β’ Minimum of 2 Years of graphic design experience (portfolio samples required).
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
β’ Strong Creative Eye: Ability to inspire and attract a target audience with aesthetics and details.
β’ Understanding of Marketing and Multimedia Design: Familiarity with corporate identity and advertisement principles.
β’ Knowledge of Color Theory and Layout Principles.
β’ Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail in all aspects of design.
β’ Ability to Translate Abstract Concepts into compelling visuals across various media.
β’ UI/UX Web Design Knowledge: A plus.
β’ Strong Prioritization Skills: Manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Positive Attitude: Happy, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
β’ Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities.
β’ Pre-Employment Requirements: Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
β’ Monday through Friday: Flexible 8-hour shift per day.
β’ In Office: This position requires on-site work at our corporate office.
