Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will serve as a part of the Senox marketing department to promote the company by preparing visual presentations through designing art and copy layouts for various platforms. Primary focus will be designing and creating marketing materials to promote the company’s brands. WHO ARE WE? Work may include graphic art and layout for catalogs, newsletters, websites, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, maps, infographics, report covers, exhibit display banners, and more. • Adheres closely to brand consistency to ensure all designs align with branding guidelines to maintain a visual identity across all platforms. • Collaborates closely with marketing and product team to generate original content to promote and grow our brands. • Coordinates with marketing, product and other departments to gather information and materials needed for design that help us meet our business goals. • Keeps up to date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design. • Illustrates established design concepts by hand and using computer software • Assist with the coordination of photography, artwork, printing and copywriting. • Presents mockups, proofs, and samples to requestors for approval • Recommends changes to make content accessible, and remediates accessibility issues • Serves as liaison to vendors for print and design-related projects • Reviews and approves production proofs • Helps maintain photo database and archive of electronic production files • Maintains confidential and sensitive information • Performs other duties as assigned IDEAL TEAM PLAYERS WILL HAVE • Passion to do work that matters and not just looking for a J-O-B. • Motivation to learn new things, develop their career, and grow into new roles within the company. • Desire to see their work impact future generations and a willingness to mentor others. • Strong communication and technical skills in order to translate business needs into results. REQUIRED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years graphic designing experience • Comprehensive portfolio displaying sample works • Willingness to work in office, non-remote position. Senox believes that in-person collaboration is essential to success. • Experience working with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, and HTML • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field a plus • Skills in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to stand/sit/move to perform activities such as retrieve/replace files in a large file system for boxes up to 30 lbs.
