Graphic Designer (Performance and Brand Marketing)

Neon Flux is a data-driven brand accelerator based in Miami, specializing in direct-to-consumer marketing. Our team combines advanced technology and industry expertise to help brands scale and drive rapid growth.

You are an omni-channel graphic designer and production artist for multiple DTC brands. Your daily responsibilities will include designing assets for websites, landing pages, paid and organic social, and email. You will  also support brand initiatives like packaging and logo design as needed. You are passionate about designing beautiful and thoughtful visual design solutions that unify the journey from end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop: Create eye-catching creative and layouts using Figma and Photoshop. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with the strategists, brand managers and creative team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.

• Optimization: Ensure creative is optimized for both mobile and desktop devices, maintaining a seamless user experience.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency and follow brand guidelines relating to copy, creative and tone.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand + digital design
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing creative email design skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
• Flexible: Can multi-task in a fast paced environment
