This role is responsible for developing and executing visual designs that align with brand strategy and communications objectives. The successful candidate will partner with communication leads to concept and create top-level graphics while helping establish PVH as one of the largest global fashion groups building the world's most desirable lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of typography, color, graphic design, branding, digital/UX design, communication design, and visual storytelling. They must be a positive and proactive problem-solver who stays current with design trends, and creative software. This role requires managing projects from concept to completion while ensuring high-quality design execution across various platforms, including print and digital. What You’ll Do: • Brand Management & Visual Identity • Maintain and advance the PVH visual brand by enforcing brand guidelines • Continuously explore new ways to enhance brand guidelines and visual standards • Design logotypes, logos, icons, and data visualization elements • Ensure all design elements adhere to brand standards and aesthetic • Project Management • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial concept to final delivery • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards • Collaborate with internal clients, partners, and communications leads • Conceptualization and Design • Develop design concepts for brand campaigns, assets, and communications materials • Conduct research into design trends and competitor analysis to inform creative decisions • Cross-Platform Design • Design for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, editorial, print materials, and packaging • Create designs optimized for web including mobile and applications • Demonstrate strong understanding of user interface and interaction design • Collaboration & Presentation • Work closely with cross-functional teams • Communicate design rationale and vision behind creative choices effectively • Trend Research & Development • Stay current with design trends, design technologies, and emerging design styles • Apply trend insights to enhance creative output What You’ll Bring: • 6+ years of design experience with an established company, online media publication, creative and/or events agency. • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience required. • Positive communication skills and a collaborative approach to work. • A solutions-oriented, optimistic mentality. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Strong desire to develop creatively and push the PVH visual brand forward. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. • Excellent understanding of typography and typesetting skills. • Experience designing for web including mobile and applications. • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and communication design. • Robust command of the Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle. • Kinetic design skills and understanding of motion software a plus. • Knowledge of 3-D software and visuals a plus. • Excellent understanding of typography, graphic design, color, image, visual communication, and design trends. #LI-BC10 #LI-Hybrid Pay Range:$74,100-$100,000 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
