Graphic Designer

JOB BRIEF We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with web design experience to work IN OFFICE to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address the marketing needs of our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of print and digital design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, branding, and marketing collateral. RESPONSIBILITIES  Collaborate with design team on design projects, from conception to delivery  Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services  Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects  Ensure deadlines are met  Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools  Design static website layouts for client approval and create/manage WordPress websites REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS  Proven work experience as a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role  Portfolio of completed design projects  In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) Premier Pro and After Affects are a plus  Experience designing and creating WordPress websites  Strong aesthetic skills with knowledge of color theory and master of typography  Strong attention to visual details  Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team  Bachelors Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field  Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment to complete client projects.  Ability to shift gears quickly and easily when changes are provided on various projects in different stages  Maintain digital files on agency server, following naming convention and organized manner  Track hours by job number and project daily for client billing Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $68,700.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off • Parental leave Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: • San Diego, CA 92103 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • San Diego, CA 92103: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
