Position Overview:Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a knack for both printing and design? Do you have some experience in the industry and a passion for producing top-notch stickers and decals? If so, we want you to be part of our team! As a Printer/Designer at The Sticker Cartel, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through high-quality printing and innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality stickers and decals. • Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and project goals. • Create and modify designs using graphic design software, ensuring they are print-ready. • Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet our standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to printing and design. • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our processes. Qualifications: • Proven experience in printing and design, preferably in the sticker or decal industry. • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Basic knowledge of printing processes and equipment maintenance. • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.
