Works collaboratively to develop effective, persuasive marketing communications in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, multi-faceted work environment.
Maintains brand standards for creative solutions across diverse brands, sales channels and media.
Under the supervision of art directors, and partnering with copywriters, exhibit core commercial design skills including:
Graphic design for a wide range of communications, from print to web
Photo research
Production-ready file preparation, prepress proof evaluation and on-site press checks
Balance multiple projects in various stages of completion while ensuring job status is regularly communicated to internal team members as well as other department stakeholders.
Proactively investigate complications and seek solutions to design challenges, while ensuring project accuracy and on-time completion.
Share concepts and offer input during creative brainstorming sessions.

3+ years’ experience in consumer-facing marketing, preferably for CPG brands. Interest in home décor/renovation a plus. Some DIY experience also a plus.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
