Graphic Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly in regards to packaging, and be capable of delivering on graphic projects across multiple distinct in-house brands. You will be responsible for designing a variety of materials, including packaging, signage, marketing collateral, and digital content, while ensuring adherence to color management and brand guidelines. Duties • Develop innovative graphic designs for sign manufacturing and other visual projects. • Collaborate with team members to create engaging marketing materials that align with our brand strategy. • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to produce high-quality graphics. • Manage color profiles to ensure consistency across all visual outputs. • Create and edit video content to enhance marketing initiatives. • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final products. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication. • Assist in the development of HTML-based designs for web applications as needed. • Use sketching techniques to brainstorm ideas and visualize concepts. Requirements • A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills. • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in packaging design and sign manufacturing. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; familiarity with HTML is a plus. • Strong understanding of color management principles and their application in design projects. • Experience with video editing software is preferred. • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. • Strong attention to detail and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects across multiple brands. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
