What You’ll Do: As our Graphic Designer/Photographer, you’ll be the go-to expert for producing white box product photography and creating polished, persuasive graphics that help our clients succeed on Amazon and beyond. You will work daily with our team to create high-quality images and graphics that help our clients grow their presence on Amazon. You’ll have access to the tools, resources, and support you need to do your best work — and we can’t wait to see what you’ll create. You will: • Capture high-quality white background product photos that meet Amazon and Enceiba’s strict standards • Retouch and edit product images to perfection using Photoshop or Canva • Design infographics, enhanced content, banners, and other visuals that make listings stand out • Organize and maintain our growing image library • Collaborate with our account managers and marketing team to bring new ideas to life • Balance multiple projects with tight deadlines — while keeping an eye for detail that sets our work apart The ideal candidate for this role is not only technically skilled but also takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality work with a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy solving problems creatively, work well with feedback, and thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone contributes ideas. You are comfortable juggling multiple projects at once and know how to prioritize without sacrificing quality. Qualifications & Requirements: • Proven experience with white box product photography • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva (both is a plus!) • Ability to createinfographics, enhanced content, banners, and other visual assetsthat make product listings stand out • Solid understanding of lighting, product staging, and composition • Strong photo retouching, color correction, and editing skills • Familiarity with Amazon’s product image guidelines is a bonus • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free work • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Must be comfortable working in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • No nights • No weekends Work Location: In person
