Graphic Designer/Production Specialist

As a Graphic Designer/Production Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to create computer generated vinyl and/or full color graphics output that can be weeded, cut, and applied or printed and mounted to a substrate. You will work closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best. We offer: • Salary range is $17-$25 per hour • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Performance Bonus • 401K Matching • Casual and creative work environment • Company apparel included RESPONSIBILITIES • Design artwork for signage and print • Prepare comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copy for print reproduction according to instructions of client or supervisor • Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to the plotter • Create proofs and sends to customers using the online proofing • Perform daily/weekly computer back-ups • Maintain all equipment including computers, plotters, and printers • Prepare substrates for application and apply vinyl • Mount and/or laminate prints, proofread signs, and conduct quality assurance to ensure the efficient production of quality, accurate signs • Install signs as needed • Help lift materials, clean, and maintain work/storage areas Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: In person
