Mockins is a fast-growing Automotive Accessories & Lifestyle E-Commerce brand based in Brooklyn, NY. We sell across multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, and our own website. From transforming 3D product renders into lifestyle scenes, to creating attention-grabbing infographics and video ads, visual storytelling is at the core of how we engage customers and drive sales. We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our creative team and help elevate our visual content across all platforms.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Video Editor who can bring our products to life through high-impact visuals and compelling video content. You’ll work across various digital assets, from e-commerce infographics and photorealistic manipulations, to video ads for Amazon, Google, and social media platforms. This role requires someone who can balance creative design, marketing-focused storytelling, and technical execution across both static and motion assets.
Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:
• Create high-converting product images, infographics, and marketing creatives for Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Perform advanced photomanipulation and composition, transforming 3D renders into lifestyle scenes.
• Design digital assets for ads, websites, email campaigns, social media, and more.
• Ensure all visual content is brand-consistent, conversion-optimized, and platform-appropriate.
Video Editing:
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for Amazon Video Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.
• Create videos that clearly explain product features, benefits, and use cases.
• Work with influencer and user-generated content to develop branded motion content.
• Use Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus) to create polished, engaging video content.
Creative Development:
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts, creative strategies, and content calendars.
• Keep up with visual, design, and video trends across social media and e-commerce.
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to creative challenges and continuously push content quality forward.
Collaboration & Execution:
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and social teams to deliver content that meets both creative and business goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience:2+ years in graphic design and video editing, ideally within e-commerce, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands.
• Tools Mastery:Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Premiere Pro (After Effects a strong plus).
• Visual Storytelling:Strong understanding of both static and video storytelling, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
• E-Commerce Focus:Experience creating visual content that converts, with a good grasp of e-commerce marketing principles.
• Creativity & Detail:A sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Organization & Efficiency:Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage timelines, and deliver under pressure.
• Trend Awareness:Passion for staying ahead of design and video trends in e-commerce, advertising, and social media.
Qualifications:
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects (product-focused and e-commerce content strongly preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects a plus).
• Experience designing and editing for Amazon, Google, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced office environment.

• Friday:9:00 AM - 1:00/2:00 PM
