Graphic & Motion Designer

About the role:

At ViaBill we are on a mission to redefine the way people shop online and in-store by providing simple and transparent Buy Now Pay Later solutions. We are now looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer to join our Copenhagen team and bring our brand to life across digital product and marketing channels.

In this role you will design compelling visuals and engaging motion assets that elevate ViaBill’s identity and customer experience. From social media campaigns and newsletters to product animations and microinteractions you’ll help ensure our brand feels fresh dynamic and consistent everywhere it appears.

About you

• 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer Motion Designer or in a similar creative role.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual design and motion/animation work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and After Effects (Premiere Pro a plus).

• Comfortable working in Figma using design libraries and preparing assets.

• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail timing and visual storytelling.

• Able to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.

• Open to feedback collaboration and iteration.

• Fluency in English (Danish is a plus).

Nice to have

• Experience with Lottie or exporting animations for mobile apps.

• Knowledge of 3D tools (e.g. Blender Cinema4D) for simple motion assets.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and how motion supports usability.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product designers and developers to design micro interactions and in-app animations (loading states success flows onboarding etc.).

• Create illustrations icons infographics and branded merchandise.

• Design visuals for social media newsletters campaigns and presentations.

• Produce engaging animations for social campaigns newsletters and ads.

• Support with presentations - designing branded slides or pitch decks.

• Animate and enhance brand assets (e.g. logos illustrations UI elements).

• Support the creation of print materials (flyers posters roll-ups brochures).

• Share new creative ideas and design trends to keep ViaBill’s brand innovative.
