What You’ll Do • Prepare template files in Adobe Illustrator using graphic elevations as reference. • Set up print-ready artwork for production. • Create production proof files in Adobe InDesign. • Assemble beMatrix frame layouts for graphic vendors using Adobe Illustrator. • Coordinate delivery timelines with graphic vendors based on project schedules. • Submit vendor invoices to Accounting. • Navigate and manage files in Exhibit Force and SharePoint. • Create Exhibit Force numbers for all fabric and hard panel graphics. • Perform quality control checks on received graphics and report discrepancies. What We’re Looking For • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Exhibit Force, and SharePoint. • Understanding of PMS color systems, CMYK, and color matching across substrates. • Strong collaboration and customer service mindset. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Clear verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to meet internal deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed. Physical Demands • Sitting and standing for 2–4 hours daily. • Lifting 10–20 lbs. • Forklift operation as required.
