Graphics Flex Project Manager (On-site) Location:NW Houston, TX Industry:Flexible Packaging & Graphics (Confidential Client) Company:Perfect-Fit HR Services Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation:$60,000–$75,000 base (DOE) + benefits Employment Type:Full-time, On-site About the Role We’re hiring aGraphics Flex Project Managerto coordinate artwork, pre-press, and print deliverables from intake to first production. You’ll be the hub between internal teams, vendors, and brand partners—owning timelines, specs, and quality. What You’ll Do • Own project timelines and drive cross-functional execution from artwork through tool delivery and first-article. • Communicate milestones, risks, and status to stakeholders (internal & external). • Provide detailed pre-press/production instructions to vendors and brand partners. • Review artwork, plate files, and graphic assets for print readiness and accuracy. • Run QC checkpoints to ensure color accuracy, die line/structure integrity, and brand consistency. • Partner with production/technical teams to ensure smooth press and converting handoffs. • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and suggest workflow improvements. What You’ll Bring • 3–5+ years in graphics coordination, pre-press, or print production (flexible packaging preferred). • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills. • Working knowledge of packaging/print workflows and digital artwork preparation. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Esko a plus. Nice to Have • Bilingual (Spanish/English). • Project Management background (PMP or similar a plus). • Hands-on graphics/pre-press experience (color theory, die lines/structures). Education • Bachelor’s in Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
