The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.Weekend availability is requiredto support our customers. Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email. Handle customer inquiries and properly enter orders in the system. Be the liaison between customer, sales representative and production. Work collaboratively with all team members to produce quality graphics.
