The Role
We want a designer who lives at the intersection ofart and performance.Someone who can bring bold ideas to life while staying laser-focused onconversions, clicks, and customer engagement.
You’ll own creative across campaigns, channels, and platforms:

Landing PagesTurn cold traffic into loyal customers with CRO-driven design.
•
Spec SheetsSimplify technical data into clear, persuasive visuals.
•
Ad CreativesBuild thumb-stopping designs for Meta, Google, TikTok & more.
•
Email AssetsCraft polished visuals that boost open & click rates.
•
Thumbnails & UVPsMake designs that grab attention and sell benefits, not features.
•
Amazon A+ ContentEnhance listings with high-converting branded visuals.

What You’ll Do
•
Design high-converting landing pages with UI/UX best practices.
•
Create spec sheets, static ads, and thumbnails that drive action.
•
Deliver eye-catching email assets for campaigns.
•
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
•
Work with marketing & product teams to test, iterate, and optimize designs based on real performance metrics.
•
Own creative direction with autonomy
✅ What We’re Looking For
•
4+ yearsof professional Graphic & UI/UX design experience.
•
Mastery ofFigma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
•
Strong portfolio oflanding pages, ads, and product visualsthat convert.
•
Deep understanding ofecommerce, CRO, and buyer psychology.
•
Ability totranslate marketing briefs into revenue-driving design.
•
Fast, organized, and self-driven in high-growth environments.
•
Excellent English communication skills.Bonus Points
•
Experience inecommerce, safety gear, tactical, or outdoor brands.
•
Familiarity withShopify, Klaviyo, Meta/TikTok/Google Ads platforms.
•
Knowledge ofCRO best practicesor basic HTML/CSS.
