What This Role Is Responsible For You’re the operational backbone of our group benefits team—the steady engine behind every successful implementation, renewal, and real-time service need. From onboarding new employer groups to supporting midyear changes and annual renewals, you ensure every enrollment, termination, and carrier submission istight, timely, and Zinnified. You'll manage multiple groups at different stages while balancing deadlines, clean systems, and a client-first mindset. Your day-to-day includes: • Entering and updating data in Employee Navigator, and carrier portals • Submitting clean, complete applications to carriers and tracking confirmations • Reviewing client paperwork for accuracy and following up for corrections • Partnering with brokers, carriers, and internal teammates to keep cases moving • Supporting group implementations, plan changes, and renewal timelines • Ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and cared for—every step of the way What Success Looks Like Success in this role is measured by how smoothly your cases move—and how well your clients feel supported.
