Description du poste
As part of the Group Commercial department, reporting to the Head of Group Commercial Back Office , will be in charge of:
Responsibilities:
- Structuring group governance on Back office with the support Head of Group Commercial Back office and Group Commercial Director
- With the support of Group Operations and Regions, Create and ensure implementation of group standard processes on Xliner contracts issuance with first time right quality, speed to delivery and lean principles (Analysis, Process, Swat..)
- Establish and monitor level 1 controls on quality of policy documentation (content and layout) for Xliner policies according to established or to be established group rules, in all country Policy Management tools (incl Autonomy ++)
- Create and manage the Back-office Leadership community, develop talents and Best practice sharing
- Establish KPIs matrix to measure Commercial Back Office performance and quality (eg Time to offer /Time To Contract issuance ( for New business, Endorsement and Renewal) , Time for completing KYC analysis, Time for Contract Cancellation, rework, quality rejection etc) for all our TCI Segment TCI: CGS and Mid-market all countries)
- Responsible to establish and deliver the Commercial Back Office performance and efficiency improvement program, by mobilizing with Coface’s countries CBO, Group Transformation Office and Group Operations departments.Â
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement by supporting the implementation of Lean management techniques with all team leaders and ensuring that they are being lived
- Responsible for driving yearly productivity improvements with CBO tasks based on KPIs e.g. Stock of Contracts/ CBO FTE
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Engineering / Business school diploma or any other Bac+5 equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract management and clauses and the overall contracting ecosystem & processes
- 10-15 years’ experience working in a digitization context,
- One or more successful Management experiences.
- Experience in managing complex tool and process environment, ideally in a banking or insurance company
- Experience in Lean and efficiency program implementation and follow up.
- Experience in management of operations team in financial services

- Excellent written & spoken levels of French & English, other languages is a plus
