Key Responsibilities

We’re seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies and execution for our fast-growing brands. You’ll lead performance across media channels funnel optimization and creative messaging to achieve defined revenue acquisition and profit targets.

  • Define and execute media strategies with budgets above $1M/month to hit acquisition and revenue goals.

  • Optimize the entire funnel—from ad creative to checkout and upsell—to maximize customer value and profitability.

  • Drive creative strategy by product audience and channel ensuring brand consistency.

  • Prioritize improvements weekly/bi‑weekly using a 20/80 framework.

  • Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one‑click funnel software.

  • Monitor and optimize each step in the customer journey from platform messaging through thank‑you page.

  • +5 years developing and executing growth marketing strategies—particularly in e‑commerce or consumer products.

  • Experience managing six‑figure monthly ad spend across Meta Pinterest TikTok YouTube and Google.

  • Skilled at interpreting consumer data to drive creative and media decisions.

  • Strong collaboration and communication with creative engineering and marketing teams.

  • Organized detail‑oriented and comfortable owning complex funnels from paid media setup to upsell flows and thank‑you pages.
