What You’ll Do

• Build and execute a GTM training roadmap aligned with product releases and strategic priorities.

• Design engaging modular programs covering product positioning competitive differentiation and solution selling .

• Create enablement materials—pitch decks product briefs objection-handling guides—that make our products shine.

• Deliver live and asynchronous training sessions tied to monthly and quarterly releases.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing Enablement and L&D to ensure training drives adoption and performance.

• Track impact through metrics and feedback continuously optimizing for effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in GTM enablement product marketing or training roles.

• Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions and product lifecycle.

• Proven experience designing and delivering training for Sales and Customer Success teams.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and asynchronous learning tools.

Bonus Points For:

• Instructional design certification

• Experience with AI-powered training tools

• Ability to turn technical details into compelling stories
