One of the largest Urology & Oncology practices in the US seeking a GU Oncology physician to join their vertically integrated care model in Kansas City.

Highlights:
• Established 56 provider private practice
• Case Mix includes almost exclusively GU oncology cases with plans to expand in the future
• Vertically integrated care model - almost all patients are referred by urologists within the practice
• 4 day work week
• Outpatient only; No Acute Care
• Average of 15 patients per day
• Excellent resources and therapeutics - radiation oncology, theranostics, proton and photon vaults, and PET CT onsite
• Dedicated Oncology APPRN and RN
• Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits:
• Ongoing salary guarantee + bonus structure
• Experienced oncologists can expect a total annual compensation package up to $650K. Once established with full patient panel, expected compensation up 90th percentile earnings
• Full benefits package including a 100% employer paid health insurance, profit sharing, 401K, PTO, CME fund, and medical malpractice
