Guest Services & Customer Service Expert – North Austin, TX

We’re looking for two outstanding Guest Service Experts to join our North Austin location and become the welcoming voice and heartbeat of our growing salon team. Position Overview As a Guest Services & Customer Service Expert, you will be the first point of contact for clients across all communication channels text, phone, email, and social media. Your role is essential in ensuring every client interaction feels smooth, supportive, and professional from start to finish. Location North Austin, TX (On-site role, with opportunities for advancement) Hours of Operation: • Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM Responsibilities • Respond to all client communications across all platforms (texts, DMs, emails, etc.) in a timely, friendly, and professional manner • Answer all incoming calls and assist with appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and policy clarification • Manage the booking system to create, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments with accuracy • Communicate and enforce salon policies, including late arrivals, cancellations, and credit card procedures • Monitor and respond to social media messages regarding availability, service details, or client concerns • Follow up with client reviews respond professionally and track feedback • Run and deliver internal reports related to client engagement, bookings, and follow-up actions • Collaborate with stylists and management to support client care and scheduling accuracy What We’re Looking For • Strong customer service experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, or hospitality) • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Comfort with tech systems scheduling software, social media platforms, and reporting tools • High emotional intelligence and patience under pressure • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to multitask • Availability to work in-person at our North Austin location • Bonus: Experience in a salon, spa, or boutique environment Compensation & Perks • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) • Growth opportunities within the salon team • Discounts on services and products • Supportive, fast-paced, and empowering team culture • On-site training and continuing education opportunities Ready to Apply?
