Gynecologist (GYN) – No Obstetrics (OB) with APP Oversight

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gynecologist (GYN) without Obstetrics responsibilities to provide exceptional patient care while overseeing and mentoring our team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality gynecologic services, support professional development, and optimize clinical workflows within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care for patients, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services.
• Oversee, mentor, and collaborate with APPs (NPs, PAs) in the delivery of gynecologic care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and departmental policies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Facilitate ongoing education and professional development for APPs and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives, quality improvement projects, and patient satisfaction goals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and institutional standards.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO in Gynecology.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN).
• Active and unrestricted medical license in [state].
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in gynecology (OB experience not required).
• Proven experience mentoring or supervising APPs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Work Schedule:

• Forty hours a week generally 4-10-hour shifts
