Job Description

• Manages the organization and flow of master document revisions for the facility by revising documents as needed and on a schedule. Updates the master file and sends out notification of changes as well as triggers scheduled reviews of documents.
• Create and provide reports to QA Department to insure information is up to date and audit ready
• Manages the Convergence training system by creating and managing group reports and creating site specific trainings to upload into the system to insure completion of requirements under SQF and IFS.
• Track and Monitor QA Holds
• Maintain records for Quality and Food Safety Audits and assist in those audits.
• Facilitates and manages customer requests for our Identity Preserve Programs 
• Leads special project assignments as necessary requiring extreme attention to detail and in depth knowledge of the QA programs.
• Backs up the Quality Supervisor when needed.
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

•  High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 2+ years manufacturing and/or shipping/receiving experience 
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment and independently
• Self-motivated and manages time efficiently
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills
• Pays close attention to detail and completes work accurately and efficiently
•  Communicates clearly and effectively
• Demonstrates professional and polite demeanor with internal and external customers
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed
• Must have experience adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers

• Physical Requirements: Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Must be able to lift up-to 20 pounds 1+ hours per shift
• Must be able to work in hot, humid, or cold environment for 2+ hours per shift
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and balance for 1+ hours per shift
• Must be able to climb stairs.
• Must be able to bend, stand, and walk for 3+ hours per shift
