What You'll Be Doing
- Develop requirement definition aligned with the customers.
- Verification, characterization and documentation wrt procedures and standards & Responsible for managing time estimation of design activities.
- Provide Hardware support for any new development and improving the existing/upcoming designs.
- Optimizing EMC measurements and duration tests.
- Draft schematic and layout in an accurate way.
- Monitoring and maintaining the safety, quality of products and writing tests and development documentation.
- Design, develop and document specifications throughout the project life cycle.
What We're Looking For
Experience / Education
- Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related degree.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
- Deep knowledge of power conversion topologies (DC-DC, AC-DC, and DC-AC).
- Knowledge of critical parameters when selecting a MOSFET, IGBT, Diodes and thyristors.
- Certification IPC, Battery Management.
- Experience with Power Design (DC Converter).
- Experience with high power electrification.
Work Arrangement:
• Hybrid: 3days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 MXN Monthly

$38,675.00 - $0.00 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
