The role
We are seeking an entry-level Hardware Solutions Engineer to join a fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering team. In this role, you engage with and assist multiple teams on hardware related projects for the Content portfolio. The Engineering team embraces a highly collaborative development model that requires deep development and leadership involvement from start to finish of each project.

Responsibilities:
• Test hardware solutions for multiple products in the Content portfolio
• Solve engineering problems related to the integration of hardware and software by recommending alternatives or corrective actions
• Work with multiple product team to acquire components for, build, and test hardware solutions
• Create and contribute to internal engineering documents related to the design, test, and build of hardware solutions in the portfolio
• Participate in conception, architecture, and development of next generation hardware solutions across the portfolio
• Participate in reviews of business requirements and work with cross-functional engineering team members to turn requirements into prototypes, technical designs, and implementation

Experience and Skills:
• 0-2+ years of hands-on contribution in hardware and software engineering or related field
• Understanding of hardware and software touchpoints (including, but not limited to: operating systems, firmware, networking, drivers, etc.)
• Experience with assembly of hardware solutions
• Understanding of engineering processes
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Tech savvy, detail oriented, and highly driven
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine passion for engineering high-quality solutions
• Demonstrate ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant formal education, including BSEE, BSCS, or MSCS
