Job Purpose and Overview

Reporting to the Global People Technology Manager, based in Jackson, Michigan, the HCM Systems Analyst role works alongside other business and technical analysts within the Global People Technology team to deliver and enhance solutions that optimize the digital experience of Dawn Team Members throughout the world. Successful candidates will leverage their passion, creativity, and deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules to partner with a diverse group of stakeholders tasked with delivering best in class HR technology.
This is a fully remote position. Eastern time zone working hours are preferred.
What You'll Do as a Systems Analyst at Dawn Foods
- Lead the configuration and optimization of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules
- Utilizing CPI and API, oversee and design the integration of Employee Central data with other business systems, including US and global payroll
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions and enhancements
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practice
- Provide technical input to improve HR processes and workflows
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment
- Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive HR information
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams & key end users to clearly define requirements aligned to HR processes & user experience
- Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that HR systems are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of diverse user groups
- Continuously monitor industry trends, user feedback, conduct retros, and internal processes to identify areas for improvement and drive ongoing enhancements to HR systems
What Does It Take to be a HCM Systems Analyst at Dawn Foods?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of p roven experience in configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors RCM/RMK, ONB 2.0, and Employee Central modules, including developing advanced business rules and workflows
- Strong proficiency in CPI, API, and Integration Center
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics
- Experience with IAS, Work Zone, EC Service Center, and People Analytics Stories is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee data management
- Experience collaborating with third party vendors
- Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgement, and resourcefulness to design and deploy highly reliable and sustainable technology solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to understand business and technical issues and influence decision-making
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system configuration
- Experience working on project teams with both Agile and waterfall methodology
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to convey technical information in an accessible and understandable manner
- Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- SuccessFactors certification or SFX accreditation in Recruiting, Onboarding and/or Employee Central is highly desirable
