Deep knowledge and understanding of food safety and regulations. Experience supervising kitchen aids and line cooks. Ability to create cost-saving ordering procedures. (P & L Spread Sheet) Ordering Food each Week / Working closely with the Vendors Preparing the Meals Certified in Food Safety Designs and oversees banquet meals for a banquet or catering events Supervise Kitchen Staff Answer customer questions and accommodate special requests when necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Ability to Commute: • Worth, IL 60482 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Worth, IL 60482: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
