About the Job: Experience Plus the Right Attitude Summary As the Head Registered Nurse at Pozitivf Fertility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients seeking fertility treatments and managing all of the RN's in the fertility clinic. This position is essential in ensuring patient comfort and safety while contributing to our mission of fostering family growth. Responsibilities • Manage all of the RN's. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs. • Administer medications and injections as prescribed, ensuring patient safety. • Provide education and support to patients regarding fertility treatments and procedures. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans. • Monitor patients' progress and respond to any changes in their condition. • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. • Once you have been trained on fertility processes, you will need to train all of the RN's on fertility processes. Qualifications • Experience as a Head-Nurse managing RNs • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. • Ability to administer injections competently and safely. • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction. • Familiarity with OR procedures is beneficial but not required. • Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on empathy. • Experience with fertility health is a major plus.
